CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glowology Esthetics, I value your time and appreciate your trust in my services. To ensure that I can accommodate all my clients effectively, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations - Notice Requirement: I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on my waiting list. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. - No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. 2. Rescheduling - Notice Requirement: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your preferred new time. 3. Exceptions - I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to such circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions to my policy may be made on a case-by-case basis. 4. Repeated Cancellations - Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to prepay for future services to secure their booking. 5.
